Privacy Policy — Style Snap

This Privacy Policy explains how Liora Studio ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Style Snap mobile application (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

To provide the AI photo-styling service, we collect the following categories of information:

Account credentials (optional)	Email address and a password you choose, only if you choose to register / log in to bind your account.	To let you recover and protect your account and credit balance across reinstalls/devices.
Photos and images	Photos you select from your gallery or take with your camera and submit for styling.	To generate the AI styled version of your photo and to display your results.
Generated content & history	The generated ("styled") image, the style/template you chose, and a timestamp for each creation.	To show your recent works and allow you to re-open results.
Purchase & credit information	Credit balance, credit packs purchased via Google Play, and credit movements (purchases, generations, template unlocks, free gifts).	To operate the in-app credit economy and fulfill purchases.
App settings & preferences	Your selected display language, unlocked templates, and server connection status.	To personalize and run the App.
Basic device & usage data	Device language captured at registration and the time of your last activity.	For basic account management and to detect abuse.

2. Permissions the App Uses

Camera access — used only when you choose to take a new photo for styling. We never activate the camera without your action.
Photo / media access — used only when you choose an existing photo from your gallery.
Internet / network access — used to communicate with our servers (account, generation, purchases, syncing your data).

Both camera and photo permissions are requested at the moment you take or pick a photo. You may deny these permissions; the App will still open, but you will not be able to submit photos.

3. How We Use Your Information

To create and operate your account and session.
To upload your photo, generate the styled image, and return it to you.
To store and display your creations and credit balance.
To process and verify in-app purchases through Google Play and grant the credits you bought.
To remember your language and other preferences.
To maintain security, prevent fraud/abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. How Your Information Is Processed — Third Parties & Services

To deliver the service, your data is processed by our backend and the following categories of third parties:

Our cloud servers & database — host your account, history, credits, and settings (API host: https://game2.trip123.vip).
Object storage / CDN — stores the original (uploaded) and generated images so you can view and download your results.
AI image-processing provider(s) — the photo you submit is sent to a third-party AI service that performs the style transformation. The provider receives your image solely to generate the styled result.
Google Play Billing — handles your purchases and payments; we receive a purchase token to verify and deliver credits. Google, not us, processes your payment details.
Session / cache storage (Redis) — keeps your login session.

If you change which AI provider, hosting region, or storage vendor you use, update this list accordingly.

5. AI Processing of Your Photos

Style Snap's core feature sends the photo you select to an AI service that transforms it into the chosen style. To use this feature you must grant camera or photo access and choose a photo. Recommendations:

Only submit photos you have the right to use.
Avoid submitting photos of other people without their consent, or sensitive ID/financial documents.
The submitted image and its generated result may be retained on our servers/storage as part of your creation history until you delete them or your account.

6. Data Retention

We keep your account, creations, and credit history for as long as your account is active.
Uploaded and generated images are kept so you can revisit and download your works.
Purchase records are retained as needed for accounting and legal requirements.
You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8).

7. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We share your information only:

With the service providers listed in Section 4, strictly to operate the App;
When required by law, regulation, or legal process; or
In connection with a sale, merger, or transfer of all or part of our business (with confidentiality obligations).

We do not sell personal data to advertisers or data brokers. We do not use advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs, and we do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising.

8. Data Retention & Account / Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your account and the data associated with it (including your creations and history). To request deletion:

Email us at dadairen007@gmail.com with your account email or user ID and the subject "Account Deletion Request"; or
Use the in-app Help & Support contact to request deletion.

We will process verified requests within a reasonable period (generally within 30 days). Note: some records (e.g., certain purchase/accounting records) may be retained where required by law.

9. Security

Network communication with our servers in production uses HTTPS/TLS encryption.
Passwords and sessions are stored on the server side and never sold or shared.
A limited copy of your data (account, history, settings, image cache) is also stored locally on your device for offline display and faster loading.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.

10. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International Data Transfers

Your information is processed and stored on servers located in the United States. Our developer/entity is established in China, and authorized personnel located in China may remotely access your data solely to operate, support, and maintain the App. By using the App, you acknowledge and consent to such access and any associated cross-border transfer of your data in accordance with this Policy.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA, and other local laws), you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you;
Correct inaccurate data;
Delete your data and/or account;
Object to or restrict certain processing;
Withdraw consent (where processing relies on consent);
Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

13. Local Storage on Your Device

The App stores a local database and image cache on your device so it works smoothly and shows your recent works offline. This local data stays on your device unless you choose to sync it to your account. Uninstalling the App removes this local data.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in the App. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
